Overall a warm stay - great value for money, considering prices in other hotels. Staff and rooms were fab, the restaurant was excellent. Glorious view, a tiny balcony, neat bed, too. A charming old building in the middle of Lake Placid.

Great value for money, neat, ABUNDANT breakfast. It's well heated with big beds and unforgettable views. I enjoyed the staff, they are easy going.

Absolutely excellent staff, designer rooms with excellent interior. The breakfast was savoury, and included eggs, bangers, fresh fruit, muffins and yoghourt. They made my stay best. Efficient check in and exceptional service throughout my stay.

I had an excellent time, the staff was incredible. The facilities in the king suite were adequate, beds were lovely. The staff created a family atmosphere. Absolutely perfect location to a multi - purpose arena.

The location was excellent, with Generations nearby, where we could eat. Good sized room. It will take about 10 minutes to reach mirror lake by foot❤

There was nothing I didn't like.
